Super short work out!!

I did this one today since I didn't have resistance bands to do Arnita's workout.  Had a feeling it might be comparable. Enjoyed as usual.

I love Remy's strength moves. I found I was cueing myself to keep my shoulders down during the arm exercises. I'll definitely come back to this workout.

Like this workout! Lots of alteration of  moves, with and without weights. Time flies, it has a stretch routine at the end. Will bookmark this one
