Not my favorite as tabata  is my least favorite workout style. However it was short & intense. Two moves. Each was 4 cycles of 20 sec bursts/10 sec recovery. Brief cool down. 

I d id sweat here the most of all the series. I doubled up #9 and # so I can complete the series. All the series is doable & enjoyable however it’s hard to imagine this has a weight loss effect. I’m looking forward to a higher intensity level series. I did appreciate the well-rounded workouts that get more than cardio: balance, orientations, flexibility & planks. My workouts don’t typically hit all these areas. So it was nice to working with a professional like Fayth. 

A QUICK, yet challenging tabata style workout! I liked it, but leaves me wanting more.  Great if you are short on time.

What a great series.
I thought the last video would be long and intense; instead it was short and super intense with new moves!
I am thrilled to see that throughout the series new moves were added right up until the end. Bravo Fayth!
