Burn that fat.

15 slow-then-quick moves.  Simple and fun.

15 moves. Each was half slow, half fast.  Followed by brief cool down. Similar to the prior video but this one had 15 moves vs. the one prior that had 20 moves. Not intense.

Wow! 2nd time around and I totally forgot about the moves at the beginning of this video. Great workout!

Love Faith's weight loss series but this one is not  a favorite due to the music which I found too loud and obnoxious.
