Soft but challenging when too tired after a jet lag to do a "loss weight" workout. 

absolutely love this shakin it up workout!

To anyone who thinks a longer version of this would be lovely, and who hasn't yet found Breeze By The Lake.. that is a similar, longer, version of this, with extra coordination challenges and stretches.  It is a yellow coded workout by Fayth.
