Thank you so much for doing these videos! I finally found a workout that so all around beneficial but easy on the body! 

This was awesome! Great workout

I love this workout for all the reasons above...great to do in evening...

If i want it to be longer ...I just play it again and fast forward it to where she is into the warm-up...easy peasy way to make it a longer workout.
