Fayth and the bellicon experience

That was a nice quick workout that left me feeling refreshed. Thank you!

Hello Fayth, I love your training videos. I usually do the short to medium length and the easy to intermediate level. I’m somewhat older than you and have osteoporosis. I was told that the Bellicon was good to possibly regain some of that bone loss. I would like to ask you to put together a series just to address that problem. I know that other people in the community (I have seen their comments) are interested in the same. Would you be able to do something like that? It would be much appreciated and it would help a lot.

Thank you, Fayth.  I love working out with your guidance.  This is one I visit often.

Oh Fayth, another great workout! I love the parts where you comment upon how to intensify the training (if desired  ;-)  ) by bending your knees, and I also find it really challenging to shift the gaze from the standard "straight ahead-mode". It's cool to know there are so many more videos to discover. :-)
