So far, I’ve enjoyed this one the most although I’m looking forward to more challenging workouts.  For cardio we did 20 moves back to back. A warm up and short cool down. 

Love it! 2nd time around and I still can't do all the moves. So, my goal is to keep redoing this series until I can do ALL the moves!

Oh my goodness.  Can I just say how much I love this video.  Everthing about it.  Faith's energy.  Billy's energy.  The moves.  The sweat.  One of my favorite videos so far!
