The instruction from Fayth on this whole series is excellent.  And Billy and Paige are so motivating.  I like that every day there is a different routine with new challenges so I am not getting bored with it.

where are the 50+/55+?!?!?!

Never got a reply for that!

It was a great workout. I felt great afterwards.

I loved this one -- it really gives a full body workout that's enjoyable even while it's a challenge.
