Ugh, I am out of shape compared to the time I last commented here!  Been away for a bit and decided to try this one again.  Those bear crawl jumps?  Had to do 4 x step in and outs, then 4 x jumps for the duration and still cut it short.  Wowza.  Don't be fooled by the fact Remy doesn't look intimidating, he's a beast!!

Remy is an excellent instructor. Please unlocked the higher intensity academy workout. i would love if he did some longer, intense workouts. if you could upload more with Remy D. but longer and high intensity!! Thank you!
