Yeah!! Another day done!

Still rather easy. I’m hoping for the cardio to get longer.  Hard to believe this is burning calories.  It’s a level 6 workout.  When I finish #10, I’ll move up to harder levels.

Whew. 2nd time around & the mind co-ordination is still a challenge! Love it! [:06:]

It was a "have you been paying attention" workout introducing old moves mixed with new moves and very challenging! 
Loving this series!
