LOVED IT! great way to start the day

Holly Molly, this is so funny I am going to tell on myself.  I know I struggle with balance and coordination but good grief, I had no idea I was so bad in these areas. I could not do most of these exercises correctly due to my lack of balance and coordination..[:13:]   I looked like a titled tea pot and struggled not to tip over.  I  laughed  at myself big time.  The good thing is that I felt the stretches and still got a good little workout from trying to do the exercises. 
I think I  can really benefit from this video so I am going to keep at it.    

For some reason I encountered issues with the video freezing for brief periods of time in the beginning .  Never had anything like that happened before
so it might have been an issue on my end.

Just the perfect work out for a Sunday. Soft, relaxing but so good. I still managed to sweat!
