Hahaha. This is great, Arnita!  I followed along as best as I could. It was great....oops repeated myself[:01:]

I am having trouble with the videos freezing up on me. I am hoping it is just temporary and won't keep on happening to me. 

I agree, too hard for first workout[:01:]

This is tough, Arnita, but I want to master it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Arnita is amazing - but it was a bit challenging for me. I did complete the session. [:01:]

Wow! Second time that I did this workout and it was even more intense then when I did it the other day. Maybe I m 'beasting it up'. Or my body is tired from the past days exercises. Anyway: thanks Arnita, gr8 and very effective workout! Hope to get more of these!
