I really like the videos out in nature (even if it was 100 degrees!! brave girl, Fayth!)

Loved your workout, Faith.  I could really feel it in my thighs.  My husband says I have much more defined legs since I’ve been jumping.

That was awesome! I don't have a tbar but was able to do it. Did upper body on my knees using bellicon to lean against. Was glad Fayth was in 100 degrees or I may not have been able to keep up. Thanks Fayth your workouts are always the bomb!

I did  this without T bar...challenging workout.   I am wondering if its okay to do without T bar?
