Once more we find ourselves in the lovely Netherlands. Remy has some challenging moves for us to improve balance and flexibility.

Nice one to wake up, it's kind of a mix.... bouncing, stretching, balancing. Smooth one but sweating!!
I add it to ma favorites. 
It's more of a level 5.
