Intense but good!  You found my weak spots, inner thighs are cooked as well.  Thanks for a great core workout.  P.S. I want your arms!

Would have loved a finishing exercise to stretch out the hip flexors.  Concerned about some people doing this and not rebalancing by either a stretch or a hip extension exercise.  Otherwise, challenging and good cuing.  You are seriously chiseled.

Jesus. That was very tough. Didn't quite manage to do it 100% correctly but I got through it. Thanks Anita. You're very encouraging.
