Is there a secret to using the "Turn on Fast Forward" feature? I repeatedly try to engage it in the box next to is and nothing at all happens. Sometimes I just want to preview the workout! Anybody who knows the answer to this, please help! Thanks.

This was awesome! Loved that it is level 4 as well so I was able to keep up! Amazing! :) Excited to do it more. 

This one seemed quite easy to me but I enjoyed a bit of an easier pase for a while. Thanks Fayth
