Perfect workout for those days when you are just not feeling the gym.  Good sweat session.[:06:]

This workout is just perfect!! LEGS, GLUTES, CORE, ARMS & CARDIO. I did sweat quite a lot. Soft but intense. Merci Faith :-)

this my favorite workout...lots of variety...interesting uplifting cardio ...and i was always remembering Faiths encouraging reminders to keep your head up, shoulders down and tummy and buttoks held in....

I will keep coming back to this workout....Thanks...love the strengthening workout too ...

Love this workout! A great full-body workout and, as with any of the Bellicon workouts, you can make it more or less challenging to fit your needs. I followed pretty closely with Fayth today and did over 2100 steps and burned 215 calories which is what I expect with this type of workout. I'm 46 with a very low resting HR and reached my cardio zone several times. Will definitely be doing this one on a regular basis. Thanks Fayth!
