Really enjoyed this one.  Thanks.  More full body in 30 or less please. :)

I really enjoyed this video, thank you! For me it is the perfect workout, well rounded and well balenced, covers everything, cardio, lower and upper body strength - also warming up and stretching (streching could be a little more for me) - it is not overcharging, but intense, I worked up a good sweat :-)

I will come back to this great workout, because I can squeeze it in, even in a full day, and have the feeling that I did something good for my whole body! ....and mind!

Enjoyed my Bellicon bounce with Faythe this morning

This is just perfect for a Full body workout!! It seems "soft" but I still sweat. Thank you Faith :-)
