Great all rounder workout! Thank you fayth!

I think we would all benefit from a tutorial on bellicon philosophy of exercise.  I believe they are under the less is more theme, but those of us that are new to that thinking could benefit from the training. I'm sure Fayth would do an awesome job of teaching us all. She is super fit but always seems to be at peace with a calm workout.  Please help us to change our thinking of "no pain no gain". Thanks for listening and as usual this workout was awesome.

i'm new to this site and am so happy to have found Fayth! i first found you on You tube and then you disappeared! now i know why! this was a great all round work out, i'm recovering from a fractured wrist... skiing but this was perfect to begin. Thanks!

Really enjoyed this one and great to feel you have worked your whole body. Just the right level of cardio too. Music a bit limp but at least it's not intrusive. I like the workouts that last 20 to 30 minutes the best. I then go and complete a two mile speed walk to round it off. Great way to start the day. This one is defiantly in my favourites section so I can find it quick each time. I now have Apple TV so I can stream it to my large tv on the wall instead of trying to see what is happening from a small iPad. It's so much better. 

Awesome workout.  Perfect for someone who is way out of shape.

Great overall workout. I'll be doing this again to get better.
