[:02:] A great workout. I loved this one.  Getting back into the swing of things so this was perfect for me today.  Love the warm up and cool down portions.  So important to start and end with a warm up and a cool  down.

Nice 2nd workout.   Love how the body toning is incorporated into the bounce routine!

My 1st what felt like "true" (more than 15 minutes) workout in ages! (Knee and foot issue).
I trust Fayth because of her excellent body awareness when instructing so I felt safe to give it my all!
