Weight Loss #6



I've just finished the 6 workouts for weight loss.  This was my first to b360.  I love the idea of these videos.  I really like fayth as an instructor.  She gives a lot of attention to form which I like and explanation and she is very experienced.  I do feel personally (this may not be for others though) that the work outs were too easy and the fat burning/cardio sections too short for me.  If anyone can recommend a higher intensity workout that burns more/more cardio and strength muscle building please let me know :-) I look forward to working out to some other videos!

How can you call this a level 7 workout? The warm-up is ridiculously simple and there is no energy expended at all....This should be a level 4 program..

Hi Sadie, sorry I missed your original message - I do find the workouts using the softer bungees more beneficial overall, as I found with the stronger bungees they appeared to work my leg muscles more, so probably better for toning and muscle work, I guess everyone is different though. I felt that I can always move onto the stronger bungees if I need to do more intense workout's if that makes sense, so having both bungees would be more beneficial long term. Hope that helps.

When will video 7 through 10 be available to complete the series?

Love this series of workouts. I've had my Bellicon a little over a week and I'm looking forward to the rest of the cardio workouts![:01:]

I have really enjoyed this series. When I got my Bellicon 2 months ago I could barely finish 5 minutes. Now I am able to stay with the pace and finish these workouts. When will 7-10 be available?
