I have really enjoyed this series. When I got my Bellicon 2 months ago I could barely finish 5 minutes. Now I am able to stay with the pace and finish these workouts. When will 7-10 be available?

i like the hip flexed oblique twist 

Core strengthening is so important to tone up those flopping bits you get when you lose weight: planks work on arms, abs, glutes and legs! Loved this video!

Looping this twice is very doable if you factor in a repeat warmup/ coordination and double stretch; it's not bad at all! :D Love it!
