I’ve sent them multiple emails letting them know it’s still stuck, but no reply since they told me it was fixed. I’m going on vacation next week and want to complete this series! [:10:]

Did it 2x, but still doesn’t show as complete. That’s okay, it made my faves. Guess I’ll keep doing it until it recognizes.
