Love HIT

I did it!

Loved that workout!  Easy to follow and get the heart rate up.  Extra time at the end for stretching and relaxation ends it perfectly!

I usually find HIIT a bit boring.  like repetitive. this wasn't. hooray

Fayth is an excellent teacher. 

My favorite workout so far!
