Great workout. Loved the intervals!

really enjoy the balance of Fayth's sessions - thank you

Sweet & quick. After warm up, we did 7 moves. Each move was 40 secs plus 20 secs of active recovery. Stretched to complete. 

Interval training claims to burn fat. I hardly broke a sweat though I worked hard & fast.

Nice cardio with a great stretch and cool down.

Excellent workout! New moves! I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of movements one can do on a Bellicon! 
Fayth never disappoints with posture cues, so important and so welcome!
Best part of the video; when Fayth asked Billy how many knee surgeries he had! I am on a Bellicon to avoid knee surgery so YAY Billy and a HUGE Thank you Fayth! You are the BEST! [:06:]

I love interval  training and enjoyed this one. Really liked the recovery section. 

Unfortunately,  I experienced a lot of video freezing throughout the session which was frustrating because it created breaks in the routine while I waited for things to get back to normal.  It also made the session longer which is an issue if on a very limited schedule.  Nevertheless, I still liked the session  and still a huge fan of Fayth and Billy.
