That was just what I needed today. I appreciate Fayth's attention to technique and posture. 

Today was day 5. I'm feeling changes already. I have really bad feet, bunions, hammer toes, etc. today I did this without my shoes and socks. It wasn't too bad. My feet are gaining strength and muscle. I just feel good all over!  Thanks for the great stretches today. Really needed that!

I like Paige the way she does the Video, her Voice is very pleasant and I really enjoy it. The only thing is, that in all of the Videos there is a brake and delay and sometimes  more than ones, it's a little annoying.But all in all, I like it !!!!!

I'm a beginner and this was a great workout.  I really like how Faythe focuses on proper technique and form.  Stretching is so important so I really like how she did a good amount of stretching at the end.  I'd love to see something like this but with a longer cardio segment for days when I want to do a 45-minute workout.  [:01:]
