Great workout, loved it that Billy is not jet without weight ;-) hard cardio and leg workout. only miss some parts to work the belly.. but its only day 2 !! great!!

im working with a trainer Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I have been doing the 60 minute recovery in between; but am wanting to do more cardio . This was so great. Perfectly cued, thank you

terrific! Just wondering, the hardest part of the sprints is that my hip flexors really freeze up. Doe anyone else have that problem?

I love that Billy is a real human being like me! Except that he smoked it while I had to modify and "just bounce" a couple times! Great workout!
