Really enjoying the series so far ... I would also appreciate longer workouts full body - cardio, strength, stretch, relax! I often go on YouTube to continue since i cannot do another video here the same day :(

I have a challenging time working up a sweat but this video did the trick.  As always, Fayth gives excellent cues and makes it fun.  Billy was great too.  Thank you!
