Another great video.  Loved the use of the weights in this one.  I would have liked some leg stretches since they got such a workout. I tend to cramp if I don't stretch afterwards..   This is part of the 50 day plan I am currently doing.  What was I thinking....lol.   I've completed 10 workouts in this series and committed to completing the other 40.  Look out world, this girl is on a mission.[:07:]
