Fayth I LOVE the weight loss series! I am 62 yo and 3 months ago when I got my Bellicon I could barely jump for 5 minutes. Now I have cycled through the weight loss series several times. My favorite of all the videos. PLEASE finish 7-10 as I will keep cyclng through this series. 

Is the idea to do each successive video in a daily sequence? Do we just stop at #6 after day 6 and repeat for the next week?

Love this.

It looks like what could be a nice video but it keeps freezing and I have to restart. After the 3rd freeze I gave up.

Today was my first workout and I did this video. I have the ultra bands and it made for a super workout. I wasn't able to do everything but I kept moving the whole time. I really enjoyed it and I'm excited for the rest of the videos! My favorite part was when she said to do a jumping jack! Who, me? OMG I did all the jumping jacks! I haven't done a jumping jack in years. I have RA and a total knee replacement 3 years ago, I'll be 60 in Sept. This Bellicon is my new best friend! Happy jumping!

Just found this weight loss series and I'm psyched! Great first video!
