OMG was this a challenge! Made it through but just barely. Should I advance to #2 or stay at this level until it’s easier to finish???

Dear Faith and Paige
This clip is the reason, why I start my regular bellicon training. I did this exercise so many times... At the beginning I could do 70 % and now I can do nearly 100 %. It's the first time that I can see a benefit, when I'm doing sports regullary. My life changed a bit and I lost more than 10 kg in 8 months. Thank you! And stay please as positive as you are. 

I enjoyed Fayth’s gentle coaching about body alignment. Although I have been rebounding since June, I have lost no weight. I’m hoping this series will help shift that. The cardio moderate in brief spurts, nothing too difficult. I look forward to the other sessions.
