I feel great!  I love it :)

I am newer to Bellicon.  Please tell me what is PCFBR?  I see this on all of my videos but don't know what it stands for.  Thank you. 

I survived!! so far so good! really fun!

I am starting this workout plan again for the 5th or 5th time I think.  I always see a new move that didn't register before.
