Great workout!  Great cuing on technique.  Choreography wasn't complicated (a good thing) but I can see why this was a Level 9.  Great tough workout in a short period of time.  I'll be doing this one again.  [:06:]

i loved this interval - it gets me into the mode where i know hi-intensity needs to be maintained for class
