REALLY ENJOYED THIS WORKOUT--NICE PROGRESSION AND REALLY LIKED THE ADDED PARTICIPANTS AS IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS IN A CLASS.  WILL DEFINITELY BE SAVING THIS ONE!
