Wow a fantastic class the best one I have done just perfect Many Thanks

Really good! Thank you.  I would like more high intensity long workouts like this one.  A strange 'media offline' message on a red background kept on popping up about 12 minutes before the end.

Really enjoyed this one!

Great workout!  Fayth is fantastic at stressing posture, breathing, core tight.  (small side comment--the music gets louder than Fayth's voice during stretches.  You can't hear when to switch stretch sometimes.)

loved this class!  thanks and keep high cardio ones coming!!
