This work out starts with a slow warmup but develops into a challenging class. Follow trainers Paige and Jeremy as they complete a 50 minute cardio blast and strength class.

All around fitness in the gentle approach Fayth is so good at. Combines stretch, balance, cardio, strength training, abs, and a lengthy warmup/cool down.  Every part of my fitness was addressed in this video. The cardio segment was only 15-20 mins long, cycles of moderate intensity w/quick bursts.

One of my favorite workouts! Great all around workout! [:01:]
