Video is great.  Music is  too loud.  I could barely hear Fayth's instructions.

this one really got my heart rate up and my muscles tired..in a short time. awesome!

I did this workout again this morning and I can say that if you do it full blast as Faith says.... the cardio goes up and you sweat a lot. One of the best short workout I have tried with simple movements. Merci Faith!!!

Perfect to fight the "inner couch potato" everytime when there is a busy day and little time - short, quick and intense... this video makes me sweat and gives me a good feeling... and even leads me to continue with a stretching or relaxation video. Because when you manage to get on the Bellicon, it is always fun and all of a sudden I have another 15 or 30 minutes for my exercise [:02:]
