My first group class.   Challenging!  One question though.  On the move where you stretch both arms up and then lower from side to side alternating raising one knee to meet the arms and then the other knee, is that a closed chain or open chain bounce?  Thanks Fayth for such excellent instruction!

I agree with other posters here. I enjoy the group classes as well. Would love to see more of those. And some with weights! Love the Weight loss #1 with the small weights.
