Oh my god! This was great! I have never really enjoyed working out but this was actually fun, and I can see myself committing to do this on a very regular basis. I’m excited to do my next workout tomorrow [:03:]

Thank you Fayth and bellicon. This is just perfect for me, at 73 and with creaky knees. It is so encouraging to find a routine that is mainly achievable but also challenging. 

Lovely first workout. Can’t wait till tomorrow.
