I really enjoyed it... Thank you so much for fantastic workout. 

Perfect for a beginner getting used to the Bellicon! Just the right amount of challenge for me.

I used this video as a first in my personal program based on my age etc. But it is too easy. I am 70 but a young 70 who hikes, skiies, swims and does yoga. Will the program get progressively more challenging?

Hey..!!
     Just returned from holidays and just started with this gentle plan to  get some of that overindulgence reduced..!!  I will progress with this 5day plan just to build up some stamina..!
