 Great workout.  Easy choreography (but not boring).  I agree with another reviewer about the music... it goes louder and softer depending on if Faythe was talking.  Would love to see the option to  turn the music off completely (and only hear the instructor) so that we can listen to our own music without having theirs in the background.  [:06:]

I'm loving these videos, but the audio mix is annoying on some. Like this one. I'd rather the music stay at the same level rather than bumping up when Fayth isn't talking. Because then she's going to talk again. So then the music pots down. Then up, then down. Distracting.

Great pick me up!

This was perfectly constructed for a middle of the work day workout. Invigorating without being sweaty. Calming without inducing sleepiness. As always great form tips. There should be a law requiring workplace bellicon breaks!
