Very nice workout and simple bounces after a intense day :-) Merci Faith!!

Loved this video.  Great music, easy choreography, invigorating exercise, wonderful stretches.

Question: Should I wear my glasses while bouncing?

Long stressful day at work. This was a great video to come home and decompress to!

 Great workout.  Easy choreography (but not boring).  I agree with another reviewer about the music... it goes louder and softer depending on if Faythe was talking.  Would love to see the option to  turn the music off completely (and only hear the instructor) so that we can listen to our own music without having theirs in the background.  [:06:]

I'm loving these videos, but the audio mix is annoying on some. Like this one. I'd rather the music stay at the same level rather than bumping up when Fayth isn't talking. Because then she's going to talk again. So then the music pots down. Then up, then down. Distracting.
