Für den Anfang als Neu - Belliconin waren diese Übungen sehr angenehm zum Mitschwingen, hat mir sehr gefallen...war nicht anstrengend und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht [:01:]

I love Fayth's relaxing type videos the best. As Americans, we are so hard on ourselves. it's nice to just relax and bounce. I would love to see more of the rejuvenating/relaxing type videos in the future. Thanks.
