Jill is a yoga instructor on the North Shore of Chicago and is now certified to teach bellicon Move classes. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance with 500 hours of yoga teacher training. She is also certified as a Restorative Yoga instructor. Her favorite yoga styles are Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative.
Jill came to yoga after suffering with back pain for several years. Once she got the hang of yoga, she realized it is a wonderful tool for keeping the back strong and healthy. She also felt a great sense of well being (and avoided back surgery!).
Rebounding on the bellicon is Jill’s newest discovery. The low impact bouncing helps keep her core strong and her back healthy. Jill’s classes at bellicon will be yoga-inspired and good for the back.
