Michael Sander is a physiotherapist, yoga book author, multiply certified yoga teacher and educated in various other healing and health traditions. Since childhood he has been interested in the topics of health, healing, natural lifestyle and nutrition as well as consciousness development. He completed his education worldwide in the late 1980s, including a sixteen-month trip around the world. Michael has been practicing yoga since the late 1980s, and has been teaching and providing therapy since the 1990s. In his YOGA and FITNESS studio in Paderborn, he combines a wide variety of traditions. The mini trampolines have been inspiring him for over 30 years and he is now looking forward to using the "Rolls Royce" with the bellicon® - a real treat for him!

Michael's motto is joy in movement and for him calmness is also in strength. He enjoys life to the fullest - sometimes calm and meditative and then also wild and exuberant.

In the bellicon® yoga courses, Michael invites you to get to know the various aspects of yoga - strength and coordination, calm and serenity, stretching and stability, tension and relaxation, concentration and mediation, and all of this with a long, deep breath. Michael's yoga style is shaped by traditional hatha yoga as well as modern directions. Soothing asanas, pranayama, meditation and much more awaits you.
