Back pain is a recurring problem with many of us. Either because we have a real back misalignment problem or simply because we sit too much or stand on our two feet for too long. It could also be the result of pulling up weight in the wrong way, or sleeping on an uncomfortable bed.

These are only a few reasons for back pain, and there could be many more. So, how to prevent or take care of it?

We can learn to exercise our back with specific workout which will benefit our lower back muscles, so important to hold our spine and posture together and allow us to move comfortably.
