The lymphatic system plays a major role in our body: it keeps it clean and helps enhancing the immune system.

Rebounding forces our lymphatic system to work harder, creating lymphatic flow! When bouncing up our lymph nodes open, allowing oxygen in, and when bouncing down they close, expelling the baddies, i.e. toxins.

With rebounding another important body function is enhanced: proprioceptive awareness is challenged through the balance work required on the pliable surface provided by the bellicon. The ideal way to challenge proprioception is to keep eyes closed and feel if the body is shifting in any direction. Being able to compensate by engaging the right muscles improves proprioceptive awareness and strengthen mental focus: the perfect combination to rejuvenation.
