Keeping track of free-form exercising

In addition to doing a video (or two) each day, I try to take frequent short breaks while I'm working.  Typically these are 1-3 minutes of free-form bouncing.  Is there any way to include these in "completed activities?" 

This would be a good idea, I also free-form bounce in addition to the video - so adding my "up" in case Bellicon is keeping a most request features list.

Until there is a method via Bellicon, I use a FITBIT and record my activity on that platform.

I also would love to be able to log the time I spending bouncing while listening to podcasts or watching shows.

I would like to know this also! Sometimes I jump as I watch TV. I would love to add that 30 minutes into my activity!
