Anyone else experiencing videos pausing when no pause was initiated?

This is happening often for the last month or so. I do full screen and regular screen play on my laptop, and this issue occurs in both view modes. It's so annoying to have to get off my bellicon and restart videos 2-3 times during a workout. A fix for this would be appreciated.

Happy to report that in the last two weeks I have not experienced any video stalling anymore! Well done be360! it makes the workout smoother and much more enjoyable[:01:]

I work with a lot of tech, and I, too, discovered that Chrome is the best browser for be360. [:01:]

Hi Nina,

I post this here in case others have the same issues: If a video is not loading or stalling let's figure this out, and rule out the easy things first.

We are partnering with a renown Video Hosting company that has sufficient bandwidth for a seamless video streaming experience across the US, Europe and Canada. The issue might be either with your ISP if you don't have enough downstream capacity - or somewhere in between our video hoster and your home.

Check Your Internet Speed
The most common cause of this problem is that your Internet connection speed is not fast enough to support video playback reliably. While we take many steps to optimize the playback experience for each viewer, there are some minimum requirements for a smooth playback experience. Please check your internet speed. If you're not up-to-par, contact your Internet provider. If so, let's move on.

But to be sure you could run a test at this external site: and send us the results, so we can better understand the issue.

Clear Your Cache
Like with video uploading problems, it may seem silly, but it's an amazing fix in a number of situations. Try clearing your browser's cache and restarting your web browser.

Chrome Preferences --> Show advanced settings... --> Browsing data
Safari Preferences --> Privacy ---> Remove All Browsing Data
Firefox History --> Clear recent history
Internet Explorer Tools --> Internet Options --> Browsing History

Reset Your Internet Connection
Just like uploading, internet connection can affect playback. Try resetting your router and make sure you have a secure connection. All set? It's time to start investigating.

Try a Different Browser
Sometimes different browsers can cause problems. If you're using Firefox and your video doesn't play, but things are hunky-dory in Chrome, let us know! We'll be happy to dig deeper with you.

Hope that solves it.
