As the "beLIGHT - Weight Loss Series" plan which is PERFECT!!!!
It would be great to have new (3 to 6 days series) plans for the 3 specific areas:  ARMS (or Upper body) with and without the weights, LEGS & GLUTES and ABS with 2 level of difficulties: Intermediate and Advanced.
Such as "BeFIRM - Upper body Intermediate", "BeFIRM - Upper body Advanced", "BeFIRM - Legs & Glutes - Intermediate", "BeFIRM - Legs & Glutes - Advanced"......
