I have exercised on the bellicon to prepare fro my climb to Mount Kilimanjaro. I feel fit and strong! One of the best workouts was the squat series I did carrying a backpack with about 20 pounds on my back: pretty close to the real climb effort. Kilimanjaro...here I come!!!

Well done! So proud of you! 

Just wanted to report that on July 17 at 07.07am local Tanzania time I have reached the Kilimanjaro Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa at 5,985 meter! Thanks to bellicon...those squats and bouncing did make it happen[:06:]

Wow! this is truly inspirational... Good luck with the climb!
