just run my second 8K Sharmrock Shuffle in Chicago: 2015 results 53.54, 2015 48.43. I dropped over 4 minutes and my only cardio running exercise was on my bellicon, rebounding![:01:]

I don't like running. I think rebounding is better option. It's really a funny activity and I love this activity from my childhood
