All be360 workouts are fun and playful, all reminiscent of childhood...they bring out the kid in each of us.

be360 rebounding divides movements into five elements in order to help vary the workouts, customize them, and ensure a well-rounded, full body routine.

Balance: focuses on coordination, body’s awareness of space and improves posture
Cardio: Increases metabolic rate for calorie burning, strengthen the heart and lungs and increases endurance
Power: increases muscular strength and tones all muscles of the body
Flexibility: increases range of motion, loosening muscles, tendons and joint
Relaxation: warm-ups and cool-downs, reducing strain on the heart, engaging or relaxing muscles and tendon

I am 50, and after 26 years of no seizures, epilepsy reared its ugly head in my life. My Bellicon and now this program have been a big part of getting my health back on track, after spending 3 days in neuro ICU almost a year ago. I wrote Jeremy and told him that while making these video in front of a camera may not give him a sense of much of an audience, to never forget that there are those of us in our living rooms, workout rooms, etc., that are making life changes because of people like him. I hope the team at be 360 continues their commitment to those things you listed above, because for people like me, they are making all the difference in the world.
