We are going through a quick 5 Minute Group Training with high intensity for 40 seconds and than 20 seconds relaxation time in between.

Fun & quick

I found this a bit difficult to follow. I would prefer some auditory cues informing me that time is up. I spent all the time being glued to the monitor to see when the next change happens. I felt this was impacting my posture at times. Also I could not really see what the people in the back where doing.

3 rounds of this makes for a quick n well rounded workout! Great for those days when you just "don't have time"! :)
